In a monumental union of real estate and automotive excellence, Binghatti Properties and Mercedes-Benz have unveiled a groundbreaking project, “Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti,” set to redefine luxury living in Downtown Dubai.
Binghatti Properties is a prominent real estate developer in Dubai. The renowned German automaker, Mercedes-Benz. Both have joined forces to construct a towering masterpiece in the heart of Dubai. The collaboration, driven by a shared passion for iconic design and innovation, aims to set new standards in luxury living.
Dubbed “Mercedes-Benz Places,” this 341-meter-tall, 65-storeyed residence will stand as a testament to architectural ingenuity. Muhammad BinGhatti, CEO of Binghatti, expressed profound excitement, stating that it goes beyond real estate development, emphasizing a core focus on community and mobility.
Strategically located in Downtown Dubai, Mercedes-Benz Places will be surrounded by iconic structures like the Dubai Mall and the Museum of the Future, offering unobstructed views of the Burj Khalifa. The project promises to create new, desirable grounds that reflect the brand’s DNA.
Mercedes-Benz’s design philosophy, centered around ‘Sensual Purity,’ will infuse the project with timeless and beautiful spaces. The integration of smart home technologies and intelligent mobility solutions will redefine comfort and convenience in modern living.
This partnership marks a significant milestone for Mercedes-Benz, venturing into the real estate branded project segment. The official launch event is scheduled for January 24, 2024, in Dubai, where further details about the project will be unveiled.
As Dubai experiences an unprecedented boom in its real estate market, it retains its position as the number one city for branded residences globally. Surpassing hotspots like Florida, New York, and London, Dubai boasts 51 operational branded residences, with an additional 50 set to hit the market by 2030.
The Mercedes-Benz branded luxury residence will comprise 65 stories of residential units and amenities, reaching a height of 341 meters. Inspired by the Sensual Purity design philosophy, the tower will reflect the brand’s automotive and aeronautic aesthetics.
Anticipated to be completed by 2025, the project will integrate smart home technologies and intelligent mobility solutions. This holistic approach aims to provide residents with a comfortable and convenient living experience.
